Zamfara APC Refutes Alleged Removal of Chairman, Danfulani, by Ward EXCO

In response to the purported removal of Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani as chairman by the executives of the Galadima Ward in Gusau LGA, the Zamfara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has firmly rejected the action.

The State Publicity Secretary of the Party, Mallam Yusuf Idris Gusau, issued a statement affirming that the reports of Danfulani’s removal are baseless.

Denouncing the alleged act, the statement highlighted the clandestine motives of certain politicians aiming to undermine the party’s strength for the 2027 elections, akin to situations witnessed in Kano and various state branches.

Addressing concerns raised against the chairman, the statement emphasized the necessity of adhering to established constitutional procedures for conflict resolution, underscoring the dismissal of the suspension for its failure to follow due process.

Moreover, the statement discredited the unfounded claims put forward by dissatisfied individuals, labeling them as attempts to disrupt the prevailing unity among party leaders and members at all levels.

Emphasizing the importance of factual reporting, the party urged media outlets to verify significant matters directly with the state party headquarters, given the amicable relationship built on an open-door policy.

Questioning the authenticity of the documents used for the suspension, the statement highlighted the absence of the APC logo or Galadima Ward letterhead, suggesting a suspicious manipulation of the process.

In a bid to maintain party harmony, the statement revealed plans to launch an investigation into the originators of the disputed suspension.
