Swearing in of new Head of Service and Retention of former Reform Adviser by Katsina Governor

The state’s new Head of Service in Katsina, Alhaji Falalu Bawale, was sworn in by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.

Additionally, the immediate past Head of Service, Usman Isiyaku, was sworn in as the Special Adviser on Public Service Reforms and a member of the State Executive Council by the Katsina Governor.

During the swearing-in ceremony at the Katsina Government House Chamber, Governor Radda emphasized that both appointments were based on merit as he administered the oath of office and oath of allegiance to the appointees.

He urged all permanent secretaries to collaborate with the new head of service to ensure the progress of the state.

Governor Radda highlighted the challenge of time faced by the current administration due to the extensive agenda of the state government.

Regarding the Special Adviser, Governor Radda commended his dedication and reliability, which led to the decision to retain him to benefit further from his wealth of experience.
