New Sector Commander Appointed for Osun by FRSC

Osun Sector Command has a new Sector Commander as Corps Commander Inyang E. Umoh takes up the position at the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).

The redeployment of Umoh follows Corps Commander Henry Benamaisia’s promotion and transfer to Rivers State as the Zonal Commander.

Agnes Ogungbemi, the Command Public Education Officer in Osogbo, announced Umoh’s appointment in a statement released on Friday.

In the statement, it was mentioned, “Following the transfer of former Sector Commander, Corps Commander Henry Benamaisia to River state as Zonal Commanding Officer, the Federal Road Safety Corps Management has selected Corps Commander Inyang E Umoh to lead the operations of FRSC in Osun state.”

Details about the Sector Commander:

Corps Commander Inyang Edet Umoh, a native of Akwa Ibom state, is married to Mrs. Utibe-Abasi and has children.

Umoh graduated with honors in Accounting from the University of Uyo and is a member of the National Accountants of Nigeria.

Having joined FRSC in 1996, Umoh has held various roles within the organization. His appointment as the Sector Commander, Osun State, is in recognition of his outstanding service and expertise as an accountant within the Corps.
