As a Senior Recruiter you will partner directly with Hiring
Managers to hire world class engineering talent for the various business areas
we have at Microsoft across India.
You'll assesses the business needs and competitive landscape
to develop and execute hiring plans. You'll focus on delivering a great
candidate experience supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and
identifies motivators to engage and close candidates.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+
years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) with
exposure working in-house role.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in
Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering,
or related field AND 5+ years talent acquisition
experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) with exposure working inhouse
role.
- Strong
stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior
level.
- Experience
in Engineering or Technical Recruitment.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience
in driving projects/process improvements/impactful initiatives in talent
acquisition.
- Familiar
with recruiting niche/challenging roles and at senior/ executive level.
- Critical
thinking skills and data-driven approach to recruiting – using insights to
drive impactful storytelling.
- Highly
collaborative with the ability to take others on the journey with you.
Responsibilities
- You
will lead the implementation of a short- and long-term hiring plan for
complex organizations, areas, or talent pools.
- Partner
with senior stakeholders to drive impact across the full spectrum of
recruiting, consulting on diverse hiring, screening in, talent
availability, and opportunities to differentiate Microsoft in the
external market.
- You’ll
also present businesses with broad talent gaps, competitor analysis, and
market insights to drive hiring plans.
- Taking
ownership of the entire candidate experience, you’ll
leverage compelling messaging to differentiate Microsoft’s
unique career possibilities. You’ll also create innovative
sourcing strategies, including ways to generate differentiated
talent.
- Manage
the candidate assessment framework and screening process, while
identifying best practices for both. Help drive optimization of relevant
HR/GTA policies throughout the organization.
