About the role
They are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic
advisor to the CEO, driving operational excellence and overseeing key projects.
You will act as a communication hub between the executive
leadership and various departments, ensuring effective coordination and
decision-making.
Responsibilities

Collaborate
with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute strategic initiatives.

Provide
trusted advice, offering insights and recommendations on critical business
matters.
·
Oversee
day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational
goals.
·
Drive
process improvements and operational efficiencies across departments.
·
Lead
and manage key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
and quality outcomes.
·
Coordinate
cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects.
·
Facilitate
effective communication between the CEO and various departments.
·
Coordinate
executive-level meetings and prepare necessary materials.
·
Analyze
performance metrics and provide regular insights to the leadership team.
·
Contribute
to data-driven decision-making processes.
·
Lead
and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and
excellence.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and other
departments.
Qualification/Experience
- 5-7
years of Business Management, Management Consulting/Strategy, experience
- Exposure
to financial services or high-growth startup experience preferred
- Proven
experience developing and amp; maintaining relationships with multiple
stakeholders, and senior executives
- Ability
to work effectively at all levels of an organization and build strong
relationships with team members, managers, and senior executives to drive
successful completion of the work
- Ability
to clearly articulate ideas, both written and oral, to internal and
external audiences
- Excellent
critical-thinking skills with the ability to structure and solve complex
business problems
- Strong
experience in shaping an organization’s strategy, and business management
framework, and making decisive bets to advance the business
- Strong
work ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under
tight deadlines
- Bachelor's
degree, preferably with a STEM or financial/ business discipline
