Data2Bots, an IT consulting firm, is looking for a
business development chapter to Lead the Sales, Growth, and Partnership of
the Data2Bots Value Streams.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic
Business Development Chapter Lead to help us expand our clientele and create
value for the company.
You will be the front of the company and will have
the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and growth strategy and
drive partnership.
The goal is to drive sustainable growth through
boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS,
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle
uncertainty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on value creation and
customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote D2B Value Streams by addressing or predicting clients’
objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and
ensuring they are met
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
