are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Secretary / Personal Assistant
Job
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Answering calls, taking
messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and
arranging appointments on Calendars
- Typing, preparing and collating
reports
- Liaising with relevant
organisations and clients
- Coordinating mail-shots and
similar publicity tasks
- Logging or processing bills or
expenses
- Organising and servicing
meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases and
prioritizing workloads
- Implementing new procedures and
administrative systems
- Acting as a receptionist and/or
meeting and greeting clients.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a
B.Sc Degree with relevant work experience.
