Description
- Take customer calls and provide
accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Build sustainable relationships
and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Seize opportunities to upsell
products when they arise.
- Take and process customers
orders.
- Identify customers needs,
clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or
alternatives.
- Respond to the needs of
customers and provide personalized service.
Job
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree.
- 0 - 2 years of work experience.
Salary
N50,000 / month.
