The Customer Service
Operations Representative will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
customer service operations at Sopex Hitech Services Ltd
This includes managing
customer interactions, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring that orders
are processed and delivered on time.
The Customer Service
Operations Representative will work closely with the sales/marketing team,
factory managers, inventory and packing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
and operational efficiency.
Key
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and
inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate production schedules
to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate customer
records and track order progress.
- Analyze customer data and
market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop and implement customer
service policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Communicate with factory
managers to ensure that production runs smoothly and meets customer
deadlines.
- Work with logistics teams to
monitor transportation schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and
issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide training and support to
customer service teams to improve overall service quality.
- Participate in cross-functional
teams to support projects and initiatives related to customer service
operations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a
Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 6 years of work experience.
