Job Position: Assistant Account Manager
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting
transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Timely preparation of financial
statements.
- Computation of tax returns.
- Report on company's financial
health and liquidity.
- Handle monthly,quarterly and
annual closings.
- Reconciliation of accounts
payable and receivable.
- Timely payments of funds into
the bank.
- Reinforce financial data
confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies
and regulations.
Education
- B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or
other relevant Degree
- ACA,ACCA certificate is an added
advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of
relevant work experience
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of
accounting regulations and procedures,including the international
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Hands -on experience with
accounting software like QuickBooks and Tally
- Advanced MS Excel skills
including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Experience with general ledger
functions.
- Strong attention to detail and
good analytical skill
Remuneration
N165,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
